My favourite method is using your ‘past’, your ‘future’ and ‘now’ through visioning (timeline) certain perceptual positions both inside and outside of events and stages of your life and vantage points that help you to see for yourself that the answer is right there inside you. Your very own unconscious mind must give you it’s ‘learning’ and have you consciously acknowledge them before it lets the emotions and limiting decisions go so that you experience them leaving your body. That is why you are stuck, your unconscious mind and your conscious mind have not been working as one like they once did when you were happy. Gees, for some people they come together for what seems to the client to be for the very first time. It is incredible.
It is so powerful to see a grown adult, who has suffered a whole lifetime sometimes, with a powerfully negative emotion totally release it. To watch them in anquish and then to see them laughing lightly is incredible. I see it everyday so I am getting used to it but I don’t think I will ever take it for granted.
How many people go to their grave in torment unnecessarily. What is the price of quality of life. We think the negative emotions are a part of us, who we are. NO it is not, it is just that you have become so familiar with it. You are meant to be happy, be at peace, make decisions and know they are right for you. That is the job of the unconscious, but it will not let you have that until you have learnt from them.
Another favourite mind-tool I like to use is NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming. It is simply a massive bunch of techniques that cause changes in your unconscious mind instead of just consciously. We look at ‘how’ you ‘do’ your problem because believe it or not, you ‘do’ it. then we simply change how you do it at a neurological level so that you cannot do it again that same way. If necessary we can set you up to do it how you want to, for eg. we can remove your chocolate craving or even replace it with something else. I even stopped a girl biting her finger nails very easily. Regardless of the size of the problem, we can fix it. My own daughter was held at gunpoint working at the teller in a bank only recently. I did a quick 5 min technique and she has all but forgotten the incident and yet it tormented her, she was fast becoming bitter and fearful.
You see, you cannot solve an emotional problem with logic. The unconscious mind uses logic to solve problems, so all of the reading of books, willpower and so on cannot work al0ne. The old habits you have are playing out 24 hours a day, your conscious mind does not win in that battle I am afraid. You would have to struggle through a minimum of 30 days consciously working hard logically in your head, struggling with will power every single day to even go close to changing your pattern, (and if you are like most people you won’t make it)at a neurological level when we can do it in 5 minutes flat or sometimes for ingrained severe patterns like overeating it takes regular sessions but not forever, just once a week for about 8 weeks. beats trying to use willpower, consciously. Overeating has nothing to do with logic. It is an emotional problem, so is ALL SABOTAGING behaviours.
I use other techniques such as hypnosis at times if I want to lock in a nice sound new behaviour which I feel might need touch ups although most of the time this is not necessary. You are fully aware of every single process we do.
At your session we just sit together (or on skype) and ask you to imagine certain things and ask you the questions I need to that actually help dis-lodge the problem as well. It is a skill that gets developed inside the Practitioner to be able to assess and help you all in the one process. We (I) do NOT come up with the solutions, your own unconscious mind does, I (we) am just the facilitator who help introduce you to your unconscious mind.
If you are in torment in some way and not happy in your life, you can bet that you have become estranged with your unconscious mind and are trying to live too consciously and therefore your unconscious mind is making you like that to get you to become aware of it. As soon as you do, it is like a miracle. You are meant to be ONE WHOLE person. Mind chatter means there is segregation internally, we need to bring you back to just ONE. If that doesnt make sense I am sorry, just trust that this works and give it a go.
You possibly do not know how your engine works under the bonnet of your car but you know how to drive it. You take a broken car to a mechanic when it starts to splutter, bring yourself to us when you don’t feel at peace. Simple.
What is your alternative? Living years of wasted life by NOT living it happily and prosperously and abundantly and peacefully? Oh, did I mention feeling harmoneous and having ‘quiet’ in your mind instead of all of that mind chatter? Best of all you feel CONFIDENT and have incredible SELF ESTEEM by the time we are finished.
That is priceless and my favourite part of any session regardless of what techniques I end up choosing to do. Watching and hearing from the happy new person who leaves here at the end of it all. From Coaching up to 900 women at any one time for more than 10 years I realised something. Very few actually people actually succeed to change just from positive and consistent encouragement, knowledge, skills, professional advice, accountability, challenges and tasks and good old ‘you can do it’. Mind you I became very good at that, and in fact, I did help some people to become very successful,but the truth is, I discovered what stopped them, why they couldn’t just do it fast and at will like I did.
I saw so many grown adults WANT to succeed but in time they would just give up trying and tell themselves that was alright. They would feel like failures. They were frustrated and went on to then live unhappy lives, often beating themselves up mentally. It didn’t seem fair. They WANTED it as much as I did but there just had to be more.
I searched and re-searched the latest advanced studies and results that I could find about why it is and how to help the people that just seem to not achieve beyond a set level. Often they wanted to escape unhappy j.o.b.s. or careers and sometimes just build a profitable and successful business, and here I was earning incredibles sums of money working for myself, when it suited me at odd hours, without working ‘hard’ and approx 20 – 35 hours a week. I had dropped out of highschool at 14 yrs old, had been a check-out chick, a meat packer, a night shelf packer at Coles, a waitress and a barmaid so if I could do it I just knew they COULD do it but something was stopping them. What had I done or thought or believed or didn’t do or thought or believe that was different to them? What was the different between successful people who achieve effortlessly and people who struggle with it always being JUST out of reach.
Here is what I found.
It was what they were doing INSIDE THEIR MIND!!!!!!!
I then went off and studied approx 18 hours a day for up to 5 years, until I learned what I had to to be able to help people to change the processes they were doing. At first I thought I couldn’t do anything about it until I discovered Mind Mechanic ‘TOOLS’ that can be used to make internal shifts in a person that happen so fast that the person thinks it is miraculous. They are simple things we do that utilise your mind, both unconscious and conscious.
From where you sit as the client, I just say things and do things that gets your unconscious mind to give you all the info your conscious mind needs to learn so that it can move past any behaviours and emotions that are stopping you from being free, happy, at peace, successful, loving, dream achieving, performing with results, content, courageous and confident.
I must use ‘jargon’ here to fully explain it, but it is not the easiest thing to explain so here goes:
One of the toolboxes full of tricks I use is called
- NLP – Neuro Linguistic Phsycology which means, Neuro for the mind, Linguistic for language of the mind and Phsycology which in NLP means the programming, the strategies and the internal processes we use. Using NLP we can un-do disfunctional programming. We can also install all of the positive ones needed by anchoring them etc
- Timeline Visioning Therapy which means, Timeline for accessing past and future to do what it needed there for your unconscious mind to access what it must for letting go of the negatives and installing positives and goals into your future. This is POWERFUL I tell you.
- Hypnosis which most people do not understand. I do not do stage type hypnosis. I do ‘clinical’ hypnosis and you are not fully out to it. In fact you are simply the same as if you were engrossed in a movie and you are aware of your surroundings and the going ons around you at all times. This is brilliant to lock in all of the above work at the level which helps everything then become ‘automatic’. The most common response I get to this process is ‘I feel like I had the best rest I have had in years’. It is therapeutic and restful and healing and beneficial to your body as well as your mind. It feels as good as a massage.
- BONUS:- That you won’t get from other Coaches:- I use my Business skills and Leadership skills and knowledge to educate you afterwards on the best possible tips to get you FAST EXPLOSIVE results like I did when I broke all Aust records and become no:1 in 10 Countries when the year before I wasn’t even in the top 10.
- EFT and other various methods that are many small techniques that I have personally found extremely beneficial.
To me it is miraculous that our minds are so flexible and mouldable however we have been doing the same thinking ‘PROCESS’, and we have strategies for every different kind of analysis that we do. They get filtered through our set of values, our beliefs, old records we play in our head of past school teachers, parents, role-models and whoever was influencial or even just a part of our life whether positive or not, they are still all in there, somewhere, ‘driving’ us so to speak.
If you think that your dreams are inside you and your ‘stuff’ that you carry around like all the above plus all the old negative emotions, all the sabotaging beliefs and behaviours that are locked in, to get them out you have to rub that bottle the right way for the jeanie to come out and then, you get your every wish. In fact, you can get them wishes granted easily and effortlessly BUT MOST PEOPLE ARE RUBBING THE WRONG BOTTLE HALF THE TIME AND THE REST ARE RUBBING THE WRONG WAY.
So- I have a MIND Toolbox and based on the person’s programming, I just re-program them. First there is a specific questioning technique that is NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming. I like to call it Neuro Linguistic Psychology. I also use Timeline techniques that remove old negative emotions and to change limiting and beliefs and I know Hypnosis and whatever it takes to change the mind so that that person just feels the love and happiness and joy surface that they may not have ever felt fully before, come to the surface of who they are ? What better profession could there be?
These tools mean that we can remove the blockages that stop people from not having/being or doing what they want to. How incredible is that? Well after 4 years of lock down training I am coming out, to help the people who struggle to find their success. I am on a mission and I am very passionate about it..
Successful people have a set of beliefs that are ‘correct’ for wealth. Regardless of what we believe we always get to be right. The problem is, some get to be right and wealthy and happy and some people get to be right and miserable and broke. A belief is not ‘everything’, heck, once upon a time you were 12 years old, that was your belief and it isn’t anymore. Once I was a smoker and now I am not. Which one was the right one? Who Cares? Not I, I am wealthy and can create my wealth anytime I choose, yet I had nothing and a bad attitude to boot.
Whatever you believe to be true will have to be created for you that truth to be validated, in fact a person who believes the economy is bad, will suffer from it. Someone who believes it is a load of crap will have that validated over and over again. 2009 is when the economy was at it worst, well that is the year I had my record breaker year. For a woman on her own to work her own hours and who ‘logically’ shouldn’t be able to, went and broke the entire 38 year old Australian and NZ record.
Beliefs are just lies that only the person who has them believes. Full stop, so you get to choose new ones and we install them. That alone causes massive life changes. You choose the ones that will make you happiest. We do none of the choosing, your Unconscious Mind comes up with all the answers. I just use the ‘tools’ to discover the answers.
Give it a try, you won’t find anyone anywhere (and I have searched) who will give you better value for money, not anywhere.
